At 11:53AM Company 12 was alerted to assist Juniata County Company 7 (East Waterford) with a chicken barn(s) fire. Rescue Engine 12, Squad 12, and Tanker 12 responded. Units from JC 7 arrived to find one barn on fire and extending into a second barn. Rescue Engine 12 arrived and laid 625’ of 5" hose up the lane and assisted with fire attack and overhaul. Tanker 12 arrived and proceeded up the lane as a nurse tanker. Squad 12 supplied JC Truck 2 along with multiple handlines on the alpha/bravo corner and also assisted with fire attack and overhaul.
