Busy Friday

At 11:07 Engine Company 12 was dispatched to a shed fire on Shade Valley Road in Shade Gap. Crews arrived and began assisting with extinguishment.

Back in the valley Chief 12 requested the Tanker too respond to the shed fire, but while responding, was diverted to an auto accident at 17319 Path Valley Road. The tanker arrived and established scene control. Not long after that, Company 12 was dispatched for an auto fire on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The tanker responded from the auto accident. Tanker 12 arrived to find a fully involved pickup truck and began extinguishment assisted by CC Company 51. Thanks to Co 15 (West End) for transferring.

Later in the afternoon, Company 12 was dispatched for an odor of propane inside the residence at 21571 Path Valley Road. The rescue engine and tanker arrived and secured the gas before returning available.
