At 14:12 Company 12 was requested by PSP for fluid control from a non-injury accident. Deputy Chief 12 and Rescue Engine 12 arrived to find a cement truck overturned with the driver out and not injured. Rescue Engine 12 cleared the scene after all hazards were secured.
